Structure |
This program is spread over 26 weeks and 12 modules comprising of 14 mandays in Class Room sessions and minimum 12 days of home work – This program is split into three phases. |
Phase-1
Questionnaire will be sent to the participants at thebeginning of the program. The assignments and exercises
are designed in a way that by the time you complete the course you should have achieved a reasonably good
amount of clarity for systematic planning for your organization.
You will be required to send us reports based on the exercises you are given. Exercises and assignments will be
applicable and have importance with certification.
Participants will carry out initial audit of their organization using the questionnaire supplied to them during the
program. |

MODULE-7 STRESS MANAGEMENT & MIND MANAGEMENT
MODULE-8 HOW TO MAKE GLOBAL ORGANIZATION & CORPORATE GOVERNANCE
MODULE-9 INNOVATIVE HR AND HRD PRACTICES ACROSS THE GLOB.
MODULE-10 TEAM MANAGEMENT ,TEAM WORK, TEAM BUILDING.
MODULE-11 CREATIVE PROBLEM SOLVING (Practical & Case study)
MODULE-12 EMPOWERING THE TEAM, GOAL ACHIEVEMENT, TIME MANAGEMENT.
The curriculum is spread over 12 modules. In between modules 3 and 4 of the program, there will be a two day
application building workshop cum assessment. |
Phase-3
ONLINE QUERIES :
Online discussions with mentor and experts during and after to facilitate clear understanding of the knowledge
and skill.
Application methodology, developing SOPs of the organization, developing HR policies & framework of the
organization, Developing OWN audit and feedback manual, presentations, interviews and learning. |

PRE REQUISITE |
1. Commitment of participants for learning and implementation.
2. Commitment of 4 weeks time (on site and off site) over 52 weeks.
3. Laptop, with online connectivity, during each module.
4. Secretary, during the programme for documentation of business plan, SOPs and MIS.
